The Chief Security Officer (CSO) to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Gordon Obuah, has been arrested and detained by the Department of State Security (DSS), reports said.It was gathered that a source at the DSS claimed that Obuah’s detention was as a result of an investigation that implicated him in aiding oil bunkering.
According to the representative of Obuah’s family informed that since Obuah’s detention, he has been kept in solitary confinement, denied access to family members, medical care and his lawyers.
Confirming the report, the Executive Director of Society for Global Justice, in a statement, stated that Obuah was detained at the DSS headquarters in Abuja and demanded his immediate release.
